Prices range from $ 78 to $ 128 a night. With the exception of July and August, busy weekends, and Holidays, we do weekly rentals starting at $ 420 per night.
The Units at 209 and 211 Chapelle are part of a one block row of houses that were built by the U.S. Army to provide housing for officers at Fort Marcy. All of the units at 209 and 211 have the original wood floors. They are crooked, and creaky, but not too creaky. They all have really high ceilings and are decorated in Mexican Country Style.
209 Chapelle B Is a two room suite with a large main room with a king bed, small tables and chairs.
211 Chapelle C, small one bedroom, living room with futon sofa bed, bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, full bath. This room is long and skinny and does not get a lot of sunlight. If you like to sleep in, it's perfect. We have other rooms that are REALLY sunny.

324 Staab A. This is really a LARGE one bedroom but we have not remodelled the kitchen yet so we are pricing it like a small one bedroom. It has a living room and a dining room, a full kitchen, full bath and large bedroom. It has great shiny wood floors in the living room and dining room. Really cool old plank wood floors in the bedroom, and coved beamed ceilings in the bedroom which are a really great old Santa Fe touch.
229 Mc Kenzie 4 is sort of in between a studio and a small one bedroom but we price it like a small one bedroom because it has a Kiva fireplace, and that really adds to the charm of the room. It's not so big though, but it is VERY charming. Again sort of dark.
