We have several studios that range in price from $ 78 to $ 108 per night. They are all under 400 square feet, but a great alternative to a Hotel/Motel room and in a great location.

317 Mc Kenzie E is one of my favorites and one of our most popular studios. It is upstairs, gets a ton of sunlight and has a little private deck. It has a built in fridge and sink a toaster and a microwave. It is one of the few studios with a full bath, most just have showers, but this one has a tub. Click here for a video.

317 Mc Kenzie C is right below E. It has two rooms and is our largest studio. It has a bedroom with a queen bed, wood floors, big beams in the ceilings, a FULL BATH and a separate, bright, sunny, sitting room. This is part of an old, old adobe that was fully restored 4 years ago. It has 2 foot thick adobe walls. This is another where the bedroom does not get a lot of light but the sitting room has a nice big picture window.

321 Mc Kenzie # 6. This is basically a room, a bed and a full bath. It's really cute, with saltillo tiles and a full bath. Also has a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Another plus is that the rate inculdes our amazing, breakfast.

260 1/2 Staab This is a great little unit with wood floors, beamed ceilings, Mexican tin work in the cabinets, a full kitchen, dining nook and 3/4 bath. A shower but no tub. Again this one is a little on the dark side, but it is also one of my favorites. Very cozy, and lots of really festive colors.
